Registering Responsible Parties/Patients

1. Click the provided URL or Patient Login from website
2. Click the link Register Responsible Party
3. Enter all the requested information (name, the patient’s birthdate, an email address, and cell phone number associated with the account).

*This information must match what has been provided to the office.If you need assistance setting this up, please call the office at (606) 679-8436 or send an email to admin@cumberlandorthodontics.com

4. A verification code will be sent to the cell number you provided after you enter in the email address you used to register and a new password.  You are set!

Edge Portal Mobile

To install Edge Portal on your mobile device, enter your unique Edge Portal URL into your Internet browser. You will then want to bookmark the site for future use, and you may also wish to create a shortcut to the bookmark on your mobile device homepage.

To use Edge Portal on your mobile device, simply select the bookmark for the URL. The username and password will be the same as for your full Edge Portal.

*Note: With Edge Portal Premium, you must first register through the full Edge Portal on a laptop/desktop before you will be able to use the mobile version.
